Immunity-Boosting Milkshake
This immunity-boosting milkshake is packed with ingredients that are known for their immune-boosting properties. Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions:
After peeling, put the ripe banana in a blender
