Paleo Chocolate Ice Cream
Indulge in a guilt-free treat with this Paleo chocolate ice cream recipe. Creamy avocados and rich cocoa combine to create a delicious and healthy dessert that's perfect for a chocolate craving.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a food processor or blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, coconut milk, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and a small pinch of salt
Smooth and creamy texture should be achieved by blending, scraping down the sides as necessary
Taste the mixture and add more honey or maple syrup to adjust the sweetness if needed
Once the mixture is in an airtight container or ice cream maker, freeze it for four to six hours, or until the consistency of the ice cream you want is reached
Paleo chocolate ice cream can be served in bowls or sample pouches
