Between two pieces of bread and grilled to perfection, this tasty sandwich has savory grilled chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, and sweet grapes. Ingredients: 2 slices bread 2 slices cooked chicken breast 2 slices cheddar cheese Handful of grapes, halved Butter or cooking spray Instructions: Put a slice of cheddar cheese on one slice of bread Then add slices of cooked chicken breast and grapes that have been cut in half Put the second slice of bread and cheese on top to make a sandwich Cover the outside of the sandwich with butter or cooking spray Set a pan or griddle over medium heat From the time you put the sandwich in the pan or griddle until both sides are golden brown and crispy and the cheese melts, about 3 to 4 minutes per side Take it off the heat, cut it up if you want, and serve it hot
